Ultraviolet (UV) pool sanitizers utilize a non-chemical process that uses germicidal UV light rays to sanitize water, air and surfaces that may be contaminated.
A UV pool sanitizer emits a high intensity germicidal light ray that disrupts the DNA organisms such as algae, bacteria and viruses living in a swimming pool. The highly concentrated electromagnetic energy destroys organic matter, eliminating the formation of dangerous chlorine by-products.
How Ultraviolet Pool Sanitizers Work

Ozonators
